GRACE stands for Giving and Receiving Assistance for Our Community’s Essentials. GRACE is a tribute to the abundance and generosity of our community by connecting people experiencing financial insecurity with the resources to cover all their basic needs. This organization, based out of Christ Church in Summit, helps local families in need by giving them fresh food, toiletries and household goods with dignity and respect.
We discovered that people who rely on food stamps can't use them to buy birthday cake mix or candles. This means that kids may miss out on getting a birthday cake! GRACE welcomes donations of items like this so no child has to miss out on their birthday.
